What we handle

Everything your Schengen application needs.

Six services that stand alone or stack into one consulate-ready pack. Take the whole file off your hands, or just the piece you are stuck on.

Appointment booking

Appointment slots are the bottleneck in almost every London application: they release in irregular batches and are taken within minutes. We watch for them, book the right centre for your consulate, and make sure the date you take is one your documents can actually be ready for.

What’s included

  • The correct visa application centre for your consulate and visa category
  • Monitoring of slot releases, including the batches that open outside working hours
  • Booking on your behalf wherever the consulate's system permits it
  • A date checked against your document timeline, so you are not booked before your file can be ready
  • Your appointment confirmation and checklist, formatted for what to carry in
  • Rescheduling support if your circumstances or the consulate's calendar change
Typical turnaroundBooked as slots release

Visa consultation

Most refusals are decided long before the appointment — in the choice of consulate, the visa category, or a timeline that was never going to work. The consultation settles all three while everything is still cheap to change. You leave with a written route, a personal checklist and a fixed quote.

What’s included

  • The correct consulate for your itinerary, confirmed against the main-stay and first-entry rules
  • Visa category and entry type matched to your travel plans
  • A realistic appointment timeline, including current London slot availability
  • A personal document checklist built around your employment and financial situation
  • An honest read on anything in your profile a visa officer is likely to question
  • A fixed quote for whatever you decide to take further — no obligation to continue
Typical turnaroundSame week

Document review

A consulate reads your file in a few minutes and decides on what it can verify. Our review reads it the same way first, so nothing reaches the counter that raises a question we could have answered. You get notes in plain English — what is weak, why it matters, and exactly how to fix it.

What’s included

  • Every document checked against your consulate's current published checklist
  • Bank statements assessed for balance, history and the pattern officers look for
  • Cover letter and employment proof reviewed for consistency with your itinerary
  • Ties-to-home-country evidence strengthened where it reads thin
  • Plain-English notes on every fix, ranked by how much it matters
  • A second pass once you have made the changes, at no extra cost
Typical turnaround24 hours

Hotel reservation dossiers

Proof of accommodation fails on the gaps: one unbooked night between cities, a confirmation the consulate cannot verify, a name that does not match the passport. The dossier closes all of them. Real, checkable bookings covering every night, assembled in the order an officer reads them.

What’s included

  • Confirmed bookings covering every night of your declared stay, with no gaps between cities
  • Reservations verifiable directly with the property, under your passport name
  • Multi-city and multi-country routes sequenced to match your itinerary
  • Confirmations formatted and ordered the way consulates expect them
  • Validity timed to stay live through your appointment date
  • Free re-issue if your dates or appointment move

Flight itineraries

Consulates want proof you intend to leave; airlines want money for a confirmed ticket. A reserved itinerary with a live PNR satisfies the first without committing you to the second. It is a real booking reference, checkable on the airline's own system, held until your decision comes back.

What’s included

  • Round-trip itinerary with a live PNR, verifiable on the airline's own system
  • Routing matched to your hotel dossier so entry and exit dates line up
  • Held valid through your appointment date, with extensions where needed
  • Issued in your exact passport name and passport number
  • Multi-city routings for trips crossing more than one Schengen state
  • Re-issued free if your appointment date changes
Typical turnaround24 hours

Travel insurance

The insurance requirement is one of the few parts of a Schengen file with a hard, published threshold: €30,000 of medical cover, valid across all 29 states, including repatriation. Policies fail on the detail — a territory excluded, cover that starts a day late, a certificate the officer cannot read. Ours are issued to the specification and formatted for the pack.

What’s included

  • Minimum €30,000 medical cover, meeting the Schengen Visa Code requirement
  • Valid across all 29 Schengen states, with no excluded territories
  • Repatriation and emergency medical evacuation included
  • Cover dates spanning your full declared stay, plus a buffer either side
  • Certificate issued in English, formatted for your application pack
  • Same-day issue, with free re-issue if your travel dates change
Typical turnaroundSame day

How it works

However much you take on, the route is the same.

  1. Step 1

    Free consultation

Tell us where you're going and when. We confirm the right consulate, visa category and appointment route, and give you a fixed quote on the call.

  2. Step 2

    Documents, prepared

You get a personal checklist. Everything you upload is reviewed within 24 hours, with clear notes on anything the embassy would question.

  3. Step 3

    Bookings & dossier

We issue your hotel confirmations, verifiable flight itinerary and Schengen-compliant insurance, then assemble the full pack in embassy order.

  4. Step 4

    Submission-ready

You walk into your appointment with a complete, ordered file — and we stay on hand until the decision comes back.

Service questions

The detail, service by service.

No, and anyone who promises one is not being straight with you. Slots are released by the visa application centre, not by us, and availability moves constantly in peak season. What we can do is watch for releases, act the moment a suitable one appears, and be honest about what the current calendar realistically allows.

Your gate is waiting.
